What your reports show
What do visits, scans and taps mean?
A visit is someone opening your page. A scan is a visit that came from one of your QR codes, and your report shows which code: the door, the truck, the business card. A tap is a button they pressed next, like Call, Get directions, WhatsApp, Website or Save contact.
Can one placement have more taps than scans?
Yes. If one person scans your business card and then calls you, gets directions and opens your website, that's 1 scan and 3 taps, all credited to the card. It shows which placements bring people who are ready to act.
Do you track my customers?
No. Visitors never sign in, and reports show counts, not people. Locations are approximate, from the visitor's network.
