Questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your profile stays live for the full 14 days. Subscribe any time before the trial ends to keep it live. If the trial ends first, your page goes offline and your QR codes show a "not available" page until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.
How many QR codes do I get?
Up to 10 active codes per location, on the trial and on the plan. Need more? Add 25 per location for $6.99 a month or 100 per location for $24.99 a month, for the whole business, from your Billing page. Make one code for each place you put it, like the door, the counter or the truck, so your reports show which one works. Turning a code off or deleting it frees its place.
Do my QR codes change if I rename or move?
No. Codes point to a permanent Yoatu link, and we send each scan to your current page. Print them once and keep them.
What happens to my printed codes if I cancel?
They keep working until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, a scan shows a short "this page is inactive" message instead of your profile, and your codes, reports and settings are kept. Subscribe again within 12 months and every printed code works again, with nothing to reprint. Your Yoatu Handle is held for you for 90 days. After 12 months without a subscription we delete the business, and its codes stop working.
What counts as an additional location?
A second storefront or service area with its own hours, address and codes, managed from the same account. Each one gets its own reports.
Can I choose how my codes look?
Yes. When you create a code, pick dots, rounded or square modules, round or square corners, a color and an optional frame, with a live preview. Colors stay dark so every code scans. A code's design and where it opens are set when you create it; for a different look, make a new code.
Can a code open my own website instead?
On the paid plan, yes: point any code at your own secure (https) page. We check the page for safety first, so scans go there once it's cleared, usually in under a minute. Scans are still counted in your reports; taps on your own page aren't. Your profile keeps Call, Directions and the rest one scan away for every other code.
I run more than one business. Do I need another account?
No. Add each business from the Businesses page in your dashboard and switch between them. Each business has its own profile, codes and reports, its own 14-day trial and its own subscription.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your billing page. Your profile stays up until the end of the period you paid for.
